Some anti-illegal immigration protesters get beaten in the street during broad daylight by pro-amnesty protesters....and nary a peep from the MSM. The video is fairly graphic.
Considering the trend thus far has been leftists beating down people on the right, I doubt anyone will report on this as it would obviously damage the "conservatives are the fascist Nazis!" meme.

Date: 2009-11-17 06:36 am (UTC)Wow. This is disgusting. Future of America right here....
What a shock though. Florida? You don't get much more "We support & enable illegal immigration" than there. Except maybe California.
Christ almighty. You know, the Tea Party Protesters have to be some of the most civil protesters i've ever seen. They don't liter or make a mess of themselves. Contrary to the media, they aren't all raving lunatics [there are some. Maybe like 2% of them], but something like this would not happen.
... Fucking A.

Date: 2009-11-18 04:09 am (UTC)Southern Texas I think may be the worse. School districts here do not require a social and so you will see kids lined up in the mornings to cross from Mexico to the US to come to school and cross at night to go back home.

Date: 2009-11-19 05:46 am (UTC)Back then, this was criminal and stealing from taxpayers. Now its the reason we should just open our borders -- so the children can cross the border in the light of day. Because Americans totally have an obligation to educate Mexico's children. Right.
(aside -- whenever I visit Mexico, I always see kids running around during the school day selling chicle (gum) to tourists, claiming they need money for schoolbooks etc. Mexico's schools are "free" much like ours, so no dice, and this makes me even less sympathetic to their "plight." One thing I will say for these day-schoolers that come across the border -- at least they ARE getting an education and hopefully there is ONE school that is teaching them proper American values for them to apply in MEXICO when they grow up.)
