Russ Carnahan, Missouri Democrat, held a town hall meeting Thursday night at a middle school in St. Louis. He's been the subject of much outrage lately at a previous town hall.

Thursday night, his staffers would not let certain people into the building. Over 1,000 people were kept outside, while staffers let SEIU members in through the handicapped door on the right side of the building.

The line snaked around the building 40 minutes before the event even started, but the doors were locked. Only a few dissenters were let in, and the rest of the seats were given to union members who would not challenge Carnahan's position on health care.

Do you see the systematic dismantling of democracy happening, and that Obama and his cronies aren't even trying to hide it anymore?

Is it making you angry?

EDIT: Gateway Pundit has video of SEIU union thugs physically attacking a black conservative man. His injuries sent him to the hospital.

You're damn right I'm angry! But I believe this was the same post with the group singing. That almost made me cry. Every chance this government gets to make amends, they turn around and make matters worse for themselves. I believe this crap is going to spell the end for the stupids and the waking up of the sleeping patriots!

1,000 people!

Aw, man, the singing has me crying here!

We need to take our country back from these thugs. I'm starting to have a bit of hope that it will happen.

I saw it! (Or, at least half of it. Makes me livid!)

I need to find out if there are events in Chicago. Something tells me those will get ugly too.

Do people not see what's going on?

Sigh.

I'm guessing that if they're not online getting information, they don't have a clue. What sort of coverage is it being given in the news? My two newspapers have apparently given up all pretense of covering any of these important issues and are now covering local stories or just silliness. It's BIZARRE.

And I'm guessing it's being painted as though we/these folks are just frothing at the mouth lunatics being obnoxious to the president for no reason and opposing his wonderful ideas. After all, what kind of mean, ugly people would oppose taking care of people who have no health insurance? That's as far as the understanding of this issue goes, I'm afraid.

Like I said, unless you're online getting the real story, how else would you know what is actually going on?

"unless you're online getting the real story, how else would you know what is actually going on?"

EXACTLY. I am really worried that this type of violence can spill over into other issues, and I think more than likely it will. I don't see why people need to become violent over the health care issue in the first place, anyway.
