Forgive me if this has been mentioned. I just heard on the radio(in an ad) that in this "Stimulus package" every congressman is getting $92k. Anyone hear about this?? I need to know!!

Wouldn't surprise me. First thing politicians usually vote for is a pay raise. I know the city council and mayor (right wing at that, which makes this more embarrassing) in my former city got elected on a "zero means zero" campaign (regarding property tax increases), and the first thing they did was give themselves a pay hike.

Pauley Perrette is certainly a good choice for that! Heck, I have a crush on her, even though she's 15 years older than me. I refuse to believe that she's almost 40. I don't usually crush on girls, but for her I'll make an exception!

Never said it was, only that 40-year old actresses don't typically look like they're barely out of their teens ;P Sure, some of it is the makeup and clothes that she wears as Abby, but in pictures/shows with less makeup and different clothes she still doesn't look a day over 25.

Unbelievable. I don't think it's part of the stimulus package. But they have just voted themselves a huge raise while the rest of the country is being told by Barrack that we need to tighten up and be prepared to sacrifice. This is a slap in the face to every American who is suffering through the recession.
