I hate the fact that he relates to them through his "relatives." It seems like he's whatever race he wants to be, or whatever religion he wants to be, whenever it's most convienent.

Haha, well, even though I didn't make this, that sounds AWESOME. My friend James told me a joke that he's not any of those races- he's "Biracan." Pronounced "Bi-ray-shin." He is a Biracinian from the country of Biracia. I want an icon that says that, haha!

This is infuriating. Especially the bit where they say he references his Muslim background. Didn't he spend his entire campaign denying said background?!

I can't stand the fact that all of his fans are so deep, wallowing in his persona that they don't see any of this.

That bothered me, too. We're a week into his presidency and he's discussing it even though mentioning it had been verboten during the two year long campaign.

That was my reaction, too. He really can't have it both ways: either he has Muslim relations or he doesn't. (And it might just be me, but isn't that pretty much the 'but my friend is black' argument?)
