First there was that Marc Jacobs "worst president ever" store display in San Fran-freak-o a couple of months ago. Then it's MAC spokesmutant Sandra Bernhard insulting half of the company's consumer base. This evening I was looking around on a jewelry designer's site, whose stuff is just starting to get sold in stores. Kinda cool jewelry though it's on the expensive side. I clicked on links to see if perhaps it would point me out to retailers selling her wares. There's something about an African kids' school. Okay, fine. There's something about helping the people in Darfur. All right, I'm down with that. There's something about that worthless One let's-all-stop-poverty-by-wearing-white-rubber-bracelets from last year. Pie in the sky slactivism, but whatever. Then below that is a big fat banner with "IMPEACH BUSH" on it.

Are these people stupid? Has Bush Derangement Syndrome made the fashion industry so crazy they don't care if they chase away potential customers? If I was a designer, I wouldn't insult liberals or put "Hillary Sucks" banners on my retail site. As far as I'm concerned, a liberal's money is just as green, so why hurt your own pocketbook by obnoxiously promoting your politics? The only thing that stuff ever changes my mind about is whether or not to buy that person's product.

Ah well, at least it saved me 40 bucks or so.

Didn't you know there are no republicans on internet? That's just an urban myth like the minority conservatives and the moon landing.

Quite simply, yes.

Its all their "freedom of speach". I think Im going to start calling it "freedom to say stupid things". Let them cut their own throats.

I would almost like to hear Bush give the following statement:

"Today, I am taking down all the security and safety things we have started and we are re-instating all that were there before my presidency, during the Clinton years. Here is the deal though, we will now let you know all the terrorist attacks we have stopped and also let you know completely every new attack that we were unable to stop due to the Gorelick wall that we had to take down to stop attacks. We are done dealing with comments of 'Nazi' and 'fascist'. We have decided since USA Today, the NYTimes, CBS, CNN and other have stated that no on in the US agrees with me that you will be much happier now. Good luck, God Bless and good night."

Well, we rich righties inherited all our gorgeous jewels, you know, so we don't actually *buy* any.

You know, I really think liberals may be unable to count. After stunning losses in the last -- what, four? -- elections, they still think they are in the vast majority and have nothing to lose by spewing their brainless bile everywhere. Poor libs. The silent victims of our public school math classes.
