I used to want a Mac. Until I had to use one every day. While I can't say anything about their style, I still can't say I enjoy them.

I'll be giving Linux another go, soon. Oh what fun.

I've heard good things about Linux. Two of my friends who have Mac lappies have desktops running Linux. You know OS X is based on a Unix platform, right?

It took some getting used to - but I really enjoy my iBook. It's easy to use and NEVER breaks/freezes/randomly quits/all the other things my PC did.

Actually, under XP (the first OS names after an emoticon), I've gone over eighteen months without a re-install. And I push my system pretty hard. My registery bears closer resemblence to a fossil record than a file box (or, maybe a police blotter would be a more apt comparison).

I figure, I'll crash&burn my laptop after Christmas. I'll need it up through the break to try to improve my AutoCrab skills.
