coldblossom.livejournal.comWho is watching the Olympics? I'm trying to as much as I can. Currently, I'm watching Team USA Men's Basketball vs China and damn damn but its really tit-for-tat out there. USA scores, China scores right back. There is no clear "leader," and they keep cutting to Dubya in the stands and he's literally biting his knuckles. They showed a graphic of the margin of victory trends of Team USA over China in past Olympics and over the last 20 years its gone from a 40+ point margin to a 4 point margin.
Our team is the "Redeem Team," so we'd better not screw up like we did in Athens. This isn't going to be easy, but I'm kind of glad we're taking China early on because once we beat them I don't think the other teams will be too difficult.
