Two questions

So, I have two questions I'd like to just throw out here for people to answer. The first is just out of my own curiosity. The second is prove someone wrong, heh.

1. How many of you were raised in a liberal family and chose to be conservative? What led you to that decision? How did your family react?

2. A friend of mine thinks that conservatives don't read slash (or yaoi). How many of you out there are conservative slashers? I know I'm not alone, heh.
