Welcome to The Right Fangirl! I just started this up today, and need some more interests to add to the info page so like-minded people can find us. If anyone has favorite celebs they squee over - the less liberal, the better - tell me in the comments, and I'll add their names. Other suggestions for interests are welcome too. ("strong and silent"? "non whiners"? "capitalists"?...)

If it looks like this actually becomes a thriving community, we'll work out other rules and regulations later on. Thanks!

HI! Just joined! I am a republican and had a long drawn out, pointless convo with some canadaian girl last night who said... God knows what to me abotu my country. Irritation!

Anyway aside from that, I'm an Alias fan, David Anders being my flutter of choice. And I am glad to be, I suppose.

So glad you took this idea and ran with it, Molly! Just a question: the celebs you list in the group's interests, have they all expressed conservative views? Or are many of them just pretty quiet on the subject, so we don't know one way or another? I try to stop reading about celebs I adore 'cuz I'd hate to have to look at their pretty faces and think evil things about them (e.g. Viggo, Johnny, Duchovny).

As for spiffing up the group's site, I'd be happy to work the graphics end, but I freely admit that LJ's code is Greek to me and I have no idea how to tweak styles. So, if someone can work with that end of it, I'll make something pretty *g*
