John Roberts confirmed by Judiciary Committee 13-5
Sadly, the article is all hung up on abortion rights and whether Roberts will be an activist judge. I think way too many are disappointed that he apparently won't be (if the hearings are any judge).
*sigh* Whatever happened to Congress making the laws and the judges deciding whether it's constitutional or not?
