Taking alcoholic drivers off the road violated the ADA, ya know:

It just makes good sense to take these guys off the road, even if the driver wasn't in a crash or cited for DUI, or goes through treatment. Why? You have no idea as a company owner how many times your driver was boozing it up on the job but just got lucky and addicts who go through treatment are still likely to relapse. If your employee kills or injures someone because he was driving your truck while he was drunk, guess who's heinie's grass for wrongful death/injury lawsuits or possibly even criminal liability if you knew you had an alcoholic driver on the road?
