Would you vote for this?

And Palin Derangement Syndrome is still alive and well. *sigh*

Personally, I'd love this because both women cause foam-at-the=mouth irrational hatred. And I love Sarah:)

I'd vote for Perry-Palin.

I don't want Perry to run! I want him to say right here in Texas!

The one and only reason I am not for this ticket is that I do not believe Palin can win. I just don't. I may like her, you may like her, but imo she cannot win an election. And what we most desperately need right now (again imo) is to get the Dems out of office. Sorry to say. :/

I... don't know. I've gotten the feeling lately that Palin's become a bit too much of a celebrity for my taste. She's on book tours and speaking all over the country, and that's great, but... I don't know.

That said, I wouldn't mind seeing Palin chair the RNC. :D

I would! But it will never happen. Even many conservatives have now completely bought into the lies about Sarah Palin. Oh, they don't dare go as far as the PDS crowd. It's more along the lines of, "I don't hate her, but I don't think she's qualified."

My dream ticket is Allen West/Bachmann, or Palin.

I was amused to pass a car on the highway with an old McCain/Palin sticker on the bumper. The McCain part had been neatly excised. :)

I'd go for Palin/West in a heartbeat.

Okay, America! You voted for Obama to prove you weren't racist. Now let's see you vote in a woman to prove you're not sexist!

This ticket would drive the left even more batshit crazy!

I am so down with this. If for no other reason than watching the liberals' heads explode would be vastly entertaining. Especially the feminist liberals. *evil cackle*

(I think it would be hilarious if the so-called "sexist pig" Republican party was the first side to provide not only the first female president, but also the first female VP)

As per that logic, I do think Bachmann will end up being the VP, as in Romney/Bachmann. Either way, it's quite interesting to know we'll probably have a female VP here on out (not to mention, Tea Party leaders have many a woman in their ranks). Win-win, right?

If history kinda repeats itself, as I don't think one should ignore the possibilites of the female VP, anymore.

If that was the Republican ticket I would vote for them because the alternative is Obama. I don't think they could win, though, and neither would be my first choice.

Are you kidding me? I'd vote for a Doctor evil/Peewee Herman ticket if they are opposite Obama!

That wouldn't be my first choice though. I'd really rather make at least a *token* effort at not wildly infuriating the *entire* left (not that it'll do any good).

But that isn't what we're going to wind up with anyway, best odds from my side is Gingrich/Romney.

Good luck with that. The mere fact that we conservatives exist infuriates the left.

I would vote for them even though neither of them is my first choice. I love how the left goes completely bat shit crazy at the thought of either of them being President.

Big fat YES. Perry can serve as a stand-in for either because the other 56 states need his magic touch. :D

I'd vote for them, but, I don't think it would be a winning ticket.

I have to agree with Rush here. I'd vote for Elmer Fudd against Obama.

I really don't see a Bachmann/Palin ticket because both women are so much alike. You need two strong people in those positions, but they need to have different strengths to bring to the team and complement one another.

I would love to see Perry/Palin 2012 (added the 2012 cos otherwise it looks like the slash designation).

I would also support any of these: (sure there are others but not going to try and come up with all possible teams)

Perry/Rubio

Perry/Cain

Perry/Bachmann

Perry/Newt (I think he's prob the smartest one there and one hell of a leader, but not sure he's got what it takes to hold top position - yet I trust him to take over if something happened to the President)

Romney/Palin

Romney/Bachmann

Romney/Cain

Romney/Rubio

If they were the anti-Obama ticket, then yes, obvs.

Out of all the current candidates and possibles...they wouldn't be my first choice. Cain/Palin would probably be my first choice. And Michelle Bachmann, for all that I like some of her positions (a lot of them, actually), has said a lot of things in the past that the media will absolutely crucify her for. More than they've done in the past, anyway.

On the other hand, watching the liberals kick and foam at an all-woman ticket would be delicious and fun. The idea definitely has its appeal. :)

Palin has the best energy policy going, In fact, she is the only one that can honestly be said to *have* an energy policy. She is also one of relatively few serious second amendment supporters. I like her pro-business stances, her position on education, and her general individualist attitudes.

Additionally, Her foreign policty ideas correctly reflect the current state of the world, her concept of the limited role of government is the very concept that is america.

Her concept of medical care reform is targetted correctly (tort reform, regulatory reduction, and increased competition).

Her fiscal understanding of the current state of affairs is *far* better than that of the majority of the current leadership, primarily in that there *are* similarities between a household and a nation, and forgetting that is very very bad.

Her position on immigration is the correct one, namely close the borders and create a path to citizenship for those here.

On top of all that, I consider her an actual principled, intelligent, honest person, which would be an interesting change to have as president.

There are quite a few things I *dislike* about her positions, but no candidate will be perfect.

As for Bachman, she's a former IRS accountant, so that provides her significant experience and knowledge of the nuts and bolts of finance, which, coupled with her limited government perspective win her a deal of my support.

Her energy policies work, her education policies work, her stance on science is excellent.

I'm not familiar enough with their immigration policies to know what you mean, can you explain/link me to specifics?
