A USA Today critique of "Glee"
Mar. 15th, 2011 07:50 pmUSA Today's Robert Bianco has done a fascinating critique of "Glee," lamenting the recent loss of plot and characterization. (That said, beware of semi-recent spoilers within, my dear spoiler-phobes.) I haven't watched the show, so I can't comment in depth. However, I know quite a few of you will be interested, so here it is. Special thanks to Big Hollywood.

In addition, the entry is for tonight's episode, which will feature Kathy Griffin's Tea Party-based character. God help us all, as there will be fallout, I'm sure. Feel free to use the entry as a proxy Episode Discussion.

Date: 2011-03-16 04:55 am (UTC)If that was the case, they failed epically. This appearance was recycled tea party jokes that were at best unoriginal and at worst a bit condescending. Of course, I hate Kathy Griffin, but I could have overlooked that if anything that came out of her mouth tonight was even remotely funny.
Am I wrong in thinking that this character was meant to be a "good" conservative? Am I getting articles I read mixed up?
