The Subject line above is a lovely parting gift from Steny Hoyer. So now, according to him and other Dems, the Tea Parties probably come from dysfunctional homes. How nice.

Allahpundit sums it up properly, especially, as far thumbnail psychoanalysis goes, this is beyond horrible. In fairness, Hoyer doesn't usually do this, but such bomb-throwing is becoming a rite of passage for a modern Democrat. Regardless, as AP said, it's better than the racism charges uttered against the Tea Party, a year ago. (Wait until they use both meme into one. Wait for it.)

No, it's chock-full of people who've had to hold down a real job and manage real finances so that they can provide for themselves and their children to eat every day. The whole "spend sh*t-tons now and pay at some indefinite date in the future" doesn't work in our homes. We don't have a bunch of people we can threaten with jail time if they don't give us crap-tons of money so we can spend far beyond our means.

WE UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF CAUSE AND EFFECT, DECISION AND CONSEQUENCE-- that occasionally you can take out small loans for which you more than have the means to pay, but all in all, that our income and spending need to at worst break even, and at best provide us with extra money which we can save for our and our children's futures.

Parents providing for their children? Encouraging a healthy work ethic? Teaching them there are natural consequences for their actions?

Good thing the Super Liberal Justice Force is here to save us from such Utter Dysfunction!!!

I agree, but that wasn't Hoyer's point. If anything he tried to cheapened the validity of what you said, as he was busy with his smear. More is the pity, as you're right.
