In his Washington Examiner column, this week, Hugh Hewitt probes on the current form of the Democratic Party and its 1970's shift to the radical Left. He has an interesting point in how the Democrats' defeat might be a good thing for them, as it could compel a self-examination of the party's now hyper-leftism. Whether they'll heed the lesson, or not, time will tell. It is probably my last pre-election entry, as rebuking the radical Democrats is the real issue of 2010, is it not?
