WaPo TV critic: Oh, why couldn't Joe Biden have insulted Elizabeth Hasselbeck on the View?

WaPo TV critic Lisa de Moraes is apparently taking from her colleague Tom Shales, bemoaning that Vice President Joe Biden didn't insult View co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck in his recent "View" guest appearance. Insert your own expression, as I have no words about this one.

Yeah, not to mention, "yeah, she's right there, and I should insult her, as I'm her guest?" Not to mention, if the VP had done that, just... yeah...

Believe me, de Moraes can be a twerp all on her own. Between her and Shales, I'm pretty sure we Washingtonians have the crappiest TV section of any newspaper in the country.
