Romney and Ryan in Richmond....yay alliteration!

So is anyone else near the Richmond, Va area? If so, you might get a chance to see Romney and Ryan in person tomorrow. They're going to be at the Richmond International Airport for their Victory Rally. My husband, older sister, and I are going and I'm totally excited. If you are nearby and want to go, you can register at this site. The event is free, you just have to register and print your ticket.

Is anyone here a fan of Sherlock Holmes, either in written format or in video? Because I am. I am very much into my Sherlock Holmes, both in the original Canon, related Sherlockonia, and most recently, Moffat & Gatiss' "Sherlock", which I consider to be very well done indeed.

But then I found out about this new show, "Elementary":

And my reaction? DS;LFKAD'FASD;LFJ;ASD'FKL;K BURN IT WITH FIRE!

It's not like I don't like Jonny Lee Miller (preferred movie: Hackers) or Lucy Liu (preferred movie: Cypher), but this? This tripe? That is NOT Sherlock Holmes.

Thoughts? Opinions?

At least my American Horror Story this season will be delicious, delicious horror.
