Key Provision of Health Care Law Unconstitutional, Federal Judge Rules

In a major blow to the White House, a federal judge in Virginia ruled Monday that a key provision of the new national health care reform law is unconstitutional.

U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson said that forcing individuals to purchase health insurance was in violation of the Constitution's "commerce clause," The Washington Post reported.

The courts cannot enforce the law's requirement that Americans be fined if they don't have health insurance by 2014, the judge said in a 42-page opinion.

Of course the first step is to control those kids getting free/reduced price meals. But since every public school also gets federal money somewhere in the pipeline, you know where this is going next.

I saw this on MSN's main page and thought this was fun for the LULZ... I have never lived in a town that large. I wonder how the author would feel about living in a town of 330, or if she even realizes such a thing exists.

I'm not really sure how Sarah "uses" the other lady since it wasn't her idea to do a show with the bimbo. I thought she was pretty gracious, considering how the Kate woman was unwilling to try anything. She acted like a high school student asked to do something in front of the class - complete with eye rolls and slumped shoulders.

I have been fangirling over the show like crazy becase, dude, Sarah Palin shooting caribou. It's all my dreams come true and then some. There's been better weapon firing in other episodes I think, but seeing Sarah shooting the fake bear on a string coming at her with that intense look of AWESOME... be still my heart.
