The GOP and healthcare: should they give up their "government" healthcare?

The liberals are calling the GOP hypocrites for being against Obamacare and yet still taking government healthcare benefits.

I'm not seeing the controversy here, so maybe there is something I'm missing. The GOP are using their employer-provided healthcare benefits, which is what most employed Americans are doing right now and are happy to continue doing. How is it hypocrisy just because the GOP's employer happens to be the U.S. government? That's like us telling the liberals to decline their employer-provided healthcare because they want Obamacare...it doesn't make any sense, at least not to me.

Did anyone else catch Governor Chris Christie on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night? Jimmy didn't really let him talk about anything majorly political, except for speculating on whether Sarah Palin could win the Presidency. But he was still sharp, charming and hilarious.
