I don't know what to make of an Oregon masseuse's allegations that Al Gore tried a little too hard for a happy ending to his massage back in Oct. 2006 and this is after I read the woman's entire complaint. Some of it is credible, some of it is...not.

But from the same great nation (Taiwan) that gave us the Tiger Woods animated story comes the animated version of the masseuse's yucky tale. Watch for the part where flames literally shoot from Gore's eyes and steam from his ears, check out the humping poodle, and listen for the cheesy background music:

So Gov. Brewer had this really awesome commercial that she filmed today 30 miles south of here:

So she swings for the fences with this one, right? But the ball falls just short because she also said today that she knows that the "majority" of illegals crossing the border now are drug mules. So, based on what she said, all illegals = drug smugglers, and that sort of generalization is not going to help our side win this debate. So far she hasn't come out with any facts to back that up nor has she "clarified" (as politicians do) her words to say that she meant "the majority of illegals that are caught are drug mules" or "the majority drug dealers in Arizona are illegals" etc. So, she's done so much good for us in making this a really high-visibility issue and now she's gone and done what could wind up being major damage if anyone calls her to the carpet on this remark (which they will). I wish I had a link but I heard this on the local radio on my way home and Bing-fu isn't yielding results so I'm wondering if it just hasn't gotten traction yet.

Oh and an update on the boy the Border Patrol killed a few weeks ago. As I mentioned earlier, he has a criminal record of people smuggling, being one of El Paso's "most wanted," and finally the media is reporting on it. Though I'll be this does not get reported at all in the national media. They'll just allow the death of an "innocent boy" to fuel rage against those of us who wish the border to be secured.
