Alright, let's talk about it. Sanford had an affair.

You know, I don't think anything would have been made about it had his staff not said that he was on the AT. So, when he wasn't the press started digging and then he came back and said "Hey, I was in Argentina" and then the Dems in the state went ballistic! Because what if a crisis happened. Last I checked, in the states, the LT. Gov was like the VP, so if the Gov is gone then the Lt. Gov can make decisions. But they decided to make a stink about it and then he came clean.

First off, I think it's horrible that he did that to his family. Second, I think the mainstream media is having a field day with this because he was getting a lot of press for refusing the bailout funds. Third, I think that this was more politically motivated than anyone will ever admit. Fourth, I find it rather ironic that dems will stand by their adulterers, while the Reps seem to outright condemn them immediately.

Truth of the matter is, this man destroyed his family and it's being published all over the world for money.

His poor wife and kids!

Okay, it's not as dramatic as all that. But a while ago I put out a call for volunteers for a co-mod, and I'm finally getting off my butt to make the lucky winner an actual mod and give you all the head's up.

So say hello again to ninepointfivemm, this time as my co-mod! She's been around basically since the start of this comm, and I have full faith in her ability to maintain the style of small government modding that I've tried to keep consistent around here.

The benefit to you, our beloved members? She's available during the day when I am chained to a desk, and later at night when I am getting my Z's. We'll have up a new way of contacting us for y'all soon; worst case, you can always PM us as well.

I'll let her introduce herself in her own words, too, but I just didn't want y'all to wonder what was up.

Does anyone besides me feel frustrated watching commercials for this movie? I have seen a documentary about it at least two years ago, so I already know how it'll end. I have absolutely no interest in watching the movie.
