Just wondering if anyone else is planning to see this movie like I am. With all the liberal crap movies that have been clogging up the theaters for the last few years, even my mother is planning on leaving the house to spend 10 bucks for it. Also, anyone else expecting protesters in their town when the movie premieres? The libs in mine need lives in the worst way…

Awesome!

Found this at Y!News. I never go there but they had an article about the Brazilian woman McCain romanced in his youth. I then started clicking through the pictures and found this!!

epublican presidential candidate, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and vice presidential running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., cheer as founder of Orange County Choppers Paul Teutul, speaks at a rally in Media, Pa., Monday, Sept. 22, 2008. McCain picked up a surprise gift, an Orange County Chopper motorcycle, courtesy of the 'American Chopper' TV stars.

Can someone please translate lib-speak for me: wth is "cruelty-free" anything? Is this a case of the libtards butchering the English language to suit their wants? Since one can get "cruelty-free" silk, can one get a "cruelty-free" abortion?

Seriously.

/random.

And I really do want to know what exactly "cruelty-free" means, especially where it concerns non-sentient life.

According to the Washington Times:

269 tie: An electoral college 'doomsday'?

President Obama, with Vice President Palin? President Biden? President Pelosi? Call them the "Doomsday" scenarios -- On Nov. 5, the presidential election winds up in a electoral-college tie, 269-269, the Democrat-controlled House picks Sen. Barack Obama as president, but the Senate, with former Democrat Joe Lieberman voting with Republicans, deadlocks at 50-50, so Vice President Dick Cheney steps in to break the tie to make Republican Sarah Palin his successor.

more here.

So, what do you think? Is it possible? Honestly, I think if the tie happened, everyone would go nuts. And the resulting government would be so confused that it wouldn't get anything done for a year (a good thing, imo).

ABC has a quiz, Match-o-Matic II, that tests you on which statements you agree more with, and at the end, tells you which candidate's positions you are more likely to relate to.

I was with McCain on every issue, and I wasn't even really thinking about who said what. I answered honestly, which I know I can have a problem with when it comes to quizzes that clearly have answers that are directed towards certain parties.

Anyway, enjoy! I want to pass this onto as many people as I can, including the hardcore liberals at my college. :)

"A late afternoon palate cleanser, courtesy of half a dozen tipsters. Neither ticket is formally endorsed, of course, but given that they’re featuring a quote on their donation page from a guy who recently tangled with Biden and Pelosi on abortion, it ain’t exactly a religious mystery as to which side they prefer."

This is a very low key, yet very powerful video.
