Misty-May Treanor and Kerri Walsh just won the gold medal in beach volleyball. You know what they did with their after-game interview? Walsh asked the reporter if she could have a moment to say something and, request granted, the Dynamic Duo said, "Thank you, Mr. President. You're an inspiration..." and some other glowing words I can't quite remember (but will probably appear on the internet soon, hopefully). It was really different and it was nice. I assume this response was because of their meeting with him during his tour of the games.  I just thought it was neat and something that'll stand out in my mind from the Olympics.

Oh, and it was a great game, too. Close down to the wire. :D
