You can download a pdf of this historic letter for free here . Every cent of the winning bid goes to support the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation . Rush Limbaugh will match that donation out of his own pocket when the auction closes on Friday, and challenges the 41 Democrats who signed the letter to do the same.
