Belief and Action

I've been reading and commenting for a while, so I suppose it's finally time I make a post.
Although I disagree with him on politics, I enjoy reading Wil Wheaton's blog; it's very amusing for the most part and sometimes inspiring. Although it has since been taken down, there was an ad on there for t-shirts and gear making fun of the largely Christian part of the country that voted for Bush. (Has anyone else seen that?) That made me really angry. Although I must admit that, being Catholic, I've taken a few pot shots at fundamentalist Christians myself (sorry!), I think it's sad that they're making fun of people who believe in something and ACT on it. Unlike certain people who shall remain Kerry. Acting on your beliefs does not qualify as pushing your beliefs on someone else.
Sorry if this entry isn't particularly eloquent; I'm having trouble getting this out.
