Hello all, newbie right here. lemonlye recommended me here.

I am so happy to have found a community filled with conservatives and fans of my favorite fandoms! As seen by my icon, I'm an avid LOTR/Tolkien Geek. I also like Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean, among a couple of other things. My favorite Lord of the Rings character from the movies is Aragorn, and from the books, Faramir.

As for a bit more about myself, I simply go by 'Laire' online, though my real name is Suvi. I am going to be 15 on December 30th. I started having an interest in politics during the 2000 election, but my true interest in it started about a year ago, and then I started educating myself on today's politics and issues. Now I know a lot more than the average teen, something which I pride myself in :D
