Hi, I'm New

Boy, if okoge feels old here at 28, I must be old enough to be your mothers at 44. LOL I found myself sucked into the fandom of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in Season 6 when it became a very adult show, and then Angel the Series. Don't laugh at me. Anyway, that's what my LJ was usually about, until recently, when Angel was cancelled.

I can't deny who I am, and I certainly want to be myself in my own LJ. But, I don't want to offend my fandom friends, either. Do I ever get some flack for using my political icons, though. Who cares what photo I have up? Where is the tolerance they are always espousing? Hmm? I will never post a political icon in another person's LJ again after the kerfluffle I caused the other day, but the hell? Can't someone just say to remove it nicely? Why do some members of the left attack the way they do? Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Thanks for reading.
