That was an interesting article, and true feminism is about having an equal choice of options in the world. If a man had stayed home with the family, we wouldn't want to judge him either -- especially if it was the best economic & family choice.
It is true that the working world can be different from life at home, but it's not necessary to devalue one over the other; they both come with demands, and difficulties, and perks. I've lived through parents who did both at different times and understand the differences that created on a personal level.
