Somehow in the recent discussion of various awesome, "openly" Republican characters on TV, I haven't mentioned my newest heroine and role model: Bree Van de Kamp!

She's one of the Desperate Housewives, and every week she does one more thing to worm her way into my heart :D She met her husband after he gave a speech about capital punishment to the Young Republicans club at her college, she's a card-carrying', gun-slingin' member of the NRA, looks to her Bible for advice, and has a framed copy of this picture on her wall.

Okay, so she's a little...repressed. And her husband had an affair because he thought she wouldn't go along with his domination fetish. But when he finally told her about it, after her little freak-out she agreed to try it. She wants the best for her family, and she'll remove a door if that's what it takes to properly ground her son! *squeal*

She's just so cool. Anyone else in love with her? Bwahaha.
