[ if this person were a conservative and i were a liberal freakout artist, i'd ask in those quavering, outraged tones we know so well "and what do you DOOO to CANCER!??! you KILLLL it! he is calling for MURDERRR!" as it is, i simply note the echo chamber in which the san francisco left exists, in which this is acceptable - and he thinks the republicans are the nastying ones ... he really does ... ]
