Donald Trump

I actually hope Trump does NOT run for president, although he certainly seems like he will. Do we need another celebrity president? I might agree with some of his politics, but I believe he is merely aiming for presidency to bolster his own ego. Managing our country is a serious matter and needs to be taken seriously because actual lives are at stake - our lives. Elections should not be some fun or light-hearted carnival ride or spectator entertainment.

Professor says "F*%$ you, Republicans"

As an officer at my university's College Republicans chapter, this type of story almost makes me nauseous. A professor at the University of Iowa responded to a mass email sent out by the CRs with an email that simply said "F*%$ you, Republicans." This is someone who is paid by the tax payers of Iowa and probably has had conservative students at one time or another.
