It's our fault for sending out a message, that was completely approved by the college, that they had no idea who it would be sent to outside of the mass list, and somehow that message was personally damaging to her because we did something else that pissed her off, and this message only served to throw it in her face! AND WE DID IT ON PURPOSE, OBVIOUSLY. UGH. So much dislike.
