I don't understand this mindset and find it pretty heartless. It's not a little child's fault that he or she was born to a neglectful, irresponsible parent. The parent shouldn't benefit, and I favor local community and charity over government help, but letting children starve because their parents won't feed them? I think that's a pretty indefensible, inhumane and unethical position. Bordering on trolling, frankly.
