I admit, I watch TMZ sometimes. You guys may or may not have heard of how Archbishop Dezmond Tutu knocking the Stars Earn Stripes show, right? He said it "glorifies war" and should be cancelled immediately. Dean Cain was a "contestant" on that show (and my favorite of the entire group, close second was Todd Palin (badass) followed by Layla Ali...and whatever that was going on with the one guy and Eve from WWE was totally cute if so obviously one-sided lol).

Anyway, Deam responded to Tutu via TMZ:

I've liked DC ever since he did the Superman TV show back in the 90s. He was cute then and he's managed to stay cute, too. So, uh, fangirling here. I should go.

Dean Cain was my first celebrity crush. I still melt a little when I watch episodes of Lois & Clark (even the ones toward the end that sucked so hard).

...*ahem*
Anyhoo, screw Desmond Tutu. The fact that he champions the UN invalidates anything he has to say about war and human rights.

We loved SES. And yeah, Grady is so into Eve. So funny that she didn't notice it.

She's not single, at least from the last her bio was updated. She's had a long-term relationship with Renner Gracie of Gracie Jujitsu fame. He teaches at the Torrence, CA dojo and she does the women's self-defense videos for them.

I never caught L&C back during its original run, but I may have to check it out now. *runs to Netflix*

Oh, YES, you need to check it out! Be prepared for lots of cheese, but it's still such a fun show!

Seconded! The show is campy. But it's really good (though I thought it got kinda weird and stupid toward the end). I loved it as a kid and I still get a kick out of it.

....and Dean Cain is a GORGEOUS Clark/Superman! So at least you're guaranteed some eye candy. ~_^

I've added this to my Hulu queue to watch, I haven't seen a whole episode but the preview looked good, and it's SO hard to resist Dean Cain. When he said he's doing it to earn money for Wounded Warriors, that just sealed it. Normally I'm extremely anti-reality-show (I just prefer to spend my TV time on shows with plots), but I'm willing to give it a shot.

And now I'm sad I took my Superman icons down. Might have to remedy that if this show is really good!
